In addition to plays and musicals, the Sterling Playmakers sponsors several additional groups for a variety of performing opportunities or entertainment.

Sterling Swordplayers: Sterling Swordplayers is the perfect entertainment for you! From the Washington, DC. suburbs, the Sterling Swordplayers bring their own brand of unique comedy and entertainment to the Festivals and other events across the Metro Washington Area.

Professionally trained in the art of stage combat and theater, the Swordplayers combine sword play with comedy, providing fun entertainment for families and children of all ages. On That Note: On That Note is a musical revue ensemble, performing songs from musicals and movies. Our programs feature many solos, duets, and small group numbers, as well as fully choreographed ensemble pieces.  Light scripting ties the program together with storyline details that enhance the experience.

Debuting in 2014, On That Note supports the Sterling Playmakers’ mission of providing high quality community theatre, performed by local residents, by taking the show on the road into the Loudoun community. We are proud to present quality, family-friendly entertainment. Read more…
